What u need..
Linguine - follow the packet instructions (I cooked for 3 pax)
1 clove of garlic, chopped
2 shallots, thinly sliced
2tbs dried chilli paste
3tbs onion paste (shallots, garlic and a little bit of ginger, blended)
A Little Bit of Dried mmMushroom, soaked
Green bell pepper, diced
Spring onions, cut into 3cm length
1tbs oyster sauce
1tbs light soy sauce
1tbs chilli sauce
Salt to taste
